And why do I think Bannon is the reincarnation of Carl Rover?

Initially, I felt that Bannon (and others within the personal orbits of President Trump -- who I have previously identified as the reincarnation of Latin American dictator Jorge Ubico Castañeda)

were likely connected to the Nazi Party in Germany during the 1930's and 1940's.

It was this belief that led me to search for Government officials within Germany during that time, specifically political appointees, and I (relatively quickly) determined Carl Rover (what an interesting name for a Republican past life, is it not !!)

as my likely #MATCH.

But, for me, the final barometer on "yes or no" is not just the common elements in personality or career -- or the striking physical similarities between the two candidates (although I think each of these must exist in very striking ways).

For me, the final most important element in determining yes/no is #ASTROLOGY.

Carl Rover was born on February 12, 1889 . . . he died of a massive stroke
at age 53 on May 15, 1942.

Steve Bannon was born 11.5 years after Rover's death

The above charts were each set up with the arbitrary birth time of noon; without the actual birth times we are NOT ABLE to erect a truthful natal chart, nor determine the rising sign, exact placement of the Moon, nor the Vertex -- all key points in the delineation of the natal chart.

However, even without these points, we are able to see natal placements of the Sun and planets, as well as Chiron, Lillith, and Juno.

Rover's Sun at 24 Aquarius is opposite Bannon's natal Pluto at 25 Leo.  Bannon's Sun (5 Sagittarius) is ALSO opposite Rover's Pluto at 4 Gemini -- a very significant marker of karmic "connections".

Rover has 3 Retrograde planets: Mercury, Saturn, and Uranus.  He also has both Neptune and Pluto stationed as "Stationary Direct".  Bannon has Retrograde Jupiter and Uranus and his Pluto is also stationed at "Stationary Retrograde"; the fact that each man has his natal Pluto in the astrological equivalent of "Parked" to me seems pretty "interesting" !!

Each have similar, although reversed, Moon Nodes, as well . . . Rover's North Node is 20 Cancer, Bannon's is 25 Capricorn, so their North and South Nodes are loosely conjunct.

Bannon's Uranus at  22 Cancer forms a conjunction with Rover's North Node as well as his own South Node.

Interchanges between personal planets and Saturn also tend to show up quite often in past life charts; Bannon's natal Saturn (4 Scorpio) forms a quincunx aspect between Rover's Pluto (4 Gemini) and trines Rover's Chiron (5 Cancer).

Rover's natal Saturn (16 Leo) forms a quincunx with Bannon's Chiron (17 Capricorn) and squares Bannon's Mercury (15 Scorpio) and Venus (20 Scorpio) . . . Bannon's Venus also forms a square aspect with Rover's Sun.  Rover's Mars (26 Pisces) forms a quincunx with both Bannon's Neptune (24 Libra) and Pluto (25 Leo).

There are dozens of very tight aspects between these charts.  The statistical likelihood of this happening at random is not high.  Of course, this doesn't mean they are literally of the same soul essence.  But without significant astrological markers, I (personally -- based on my theories of past life "matching") would not think a past life match possible.

The tight tight tight intra-aspects with these charts just keep going and going and going !!! I could do an even more detailed analysis of the astrological indicators present in the chart comparison, but (for me) this is enough to determine the likely #truth of this match.
