but throughout the day
the likelihood of my being able to work at a high-level is enhanced by this state of calmness
some people like to do things to "inspire themselves" and one of the tactics some may choose is to rev up their worlds, turn the chaos-meter to "high" and let that "motivate them"
I believe this approach is counter-productive to a state of being in which one can be both "in the moment" and "in the zone"
I live my life, as much as possible, in a manner designed to diminish the chaos in my life
this means I try not to invite chaotic people into my world, nor hold viewpoints in which revenge or "getting even" in any way is part of my state of mind
this DOES NOT mean that I don't love or embrace friends in stressful sitiuations; it means I do my best not to add to that
nor seek out people whose primary skill is bringing disruption
I have a high degree of self-confidence, which helps quite a bit . . . not just as a psychic but in most areas of life
this also adds to my power to stay centered and calm (as much as possible)
anything you do -- give a reading, play a sport, act in a play, talk to your children, deal with a hectic day at work . . . anything you do
you will find that your performance level goes up if you can stay calm -- and, on top of that, your stamina will also improve
you not only will perform at a higher level, you won't get as tired, either
life is about choices
my choices revolve as much as possible around staying centered, not only because I want to work at the highest level possible
I want to also deal with others in the most balanced way possible
I have learned this lesson after many years of being in "relationships" that were very intense, filled with "drama"
the sex was great, the cost, though, even greater
in retrospect, perhaps not the wisest course of action
love yourself; that is my advice (and I realize this, truly, is the hardest thing one can do -- yet it is critical to moving forward "into your light") . . . and in doing so, it is likely you will also choose a path forward in which you can find some bit of inner peace
I can be a pretty good psychic under the most stressful whacked out situations you could imagine
but by living a life (now) in which I make conscious choices to stay centered, as opposed to seeking "excitement" and/or "external motivation"
I am better, not only as a psychic, but as a human being, as well
