if you drug a woman and she is unaware what you're doing that's rape -- if you go out drinking with a woman, and she is having a good ole time drinking

and passes out and you have sex with her -- that's rape

if you are getting lit up together and again she is willingly doing the drugs but passes out and you have sex with her -- that's rape

if you had sex with her last night and the night before, but she is over it and doesn't want to do it anymore and you "insist" -- that's rape

if you all are "getting along" and laying naked in bed and all is rockn and she says "no I can't do this" . . . you have a few options

but if one of those options is forcing her to have sex with you . . . and she has already said "no" -- that's rape

if she is walking down the street, practically naked, flirting with EVERYBODY and in your mind "just asking for it" and you decide that she is just asking for it WITH YOU . . . and really, she's not
