his narcissism, obvious criminal history, and incredibly poor project management skills are not something to be applauded

this man is a hot mess as a manager -- there is no clear concise directive, he makes up things as he goes, he is poor communicator in the sense of one who lays out a specific agenda and disseminates that message to the group
he is combative -- which is likely to induce reactive measures to his leadership
if he was a project manager at a large corporation in this country, he would be fired
and, far as I can see, being President is just being Project Manager of a fully integrated enterprise-wide initiative
as a manager, his skills are substandard
he's a talker, I will give him that
but this approach is the same approach I've seen in managers who did not understand the complexities of major initiatives
and their inability to plan and execute a concise, well designed, and effectively communicated, plan
always leads to cost overruns -- always leads to cost overruns
and puts any project with which they are associated at risk
his childish behavior would not be tolerated if he worked in a corporate setting for very long
