Sympatico

I constantly see the term "surrender" -- as in "oh she 'surrendered' to Spirit"

or "just give up and surrender" . . . I really dislike this term and the attitude it "suggests"

personally, I am not "surrendering" to anything or anybody

I want to be "in alignment" with whatever higher power / source one might connect with, or to . . . I want to join forces

be "in sync", sympatico

but "surrendering"? NO, I am not doing that

to surrender means I was once "at war"; I am not at war, I am on "a trip"

and even though I am riding along on a road on which they seemed to neglect to put up mile markers or road signs hahaha, still it is a "trip I chose"

I don't surrender to the highway, I ride ALONG ON the highway

to surrender means the force is both (a) outside me and (b) greater than me -- oh you're bigger, I give up

but neither is true -- the source is IN me, AROUND me, AND ABOVE me . . . all at once; there is NO separation, therefore surrender is not really "possible"

. . . quantum physics knows what I am saying

as does every mystic on a mountain top or sitting in a cave

ALIGNMENT = YES

SURRENDER = NO

I'm digging this.
I use the term mindful a lot...which makes me think of alignment in conjunction.
