Storms Ahead

the weather will continue to be "an issue" . . . flooding (especially) will continue to be an issue

and people will continue to think it is perfectly fine to ignore why it is an issue . . . which means it will be an even bigger issue

as I have said many times, the biggest issue of the next 50 years is not economics, not terrorism, not oil
