but, to me, certainty is not something any of us can offer . . . ideally, we help people understand what's driving the train in new ways as well as offer insight into the "energy" (or latent potential) influencing a particular situation or individual
so the client might be able to use this information then to tinker a bit and make changes so as to influence the likelihood of good things, ultimately, coming to pass . . . I am historically a pretty #accurate psychic (and a VERY detailed one at that) when it comes to predicting the future, but I am for sure not infallible
and over the years I have structured my approach to be more focused on looking at the attitudes within, thinking this gives the client more power to control things moving forward
rather than focusing on trying to see future events
I think it is important that those of us who "do this" have the integrity and openness to draw back Oz's curtain
so people can perhaps better understand what we can, and cannot, actually do
I get called a lot of things but I never get called a fake -- and, in my particular #field, this makes me happy
our talents evolve -- hopefully
and what I thought 5 years ago or 25 years ago has certainly morphed over time
those who don't change probably weren't perfect then . . . they're simply stuck in low gear now
change is healthy; uncertainty is ok so long as you are optimistically moving forward
we grow
and that is always a good thing, even if sometimes the tuition is steep
