in 2010, John Koehler (Aquaman OceanDefender) and I did a series of radio shows we called "Crisis in the Gulf" . . . John is the expert here and he had been warning of potential issues long before we did this series together
What John and I kept talking about -- specifically on these shows . . . were the "corrective measures" taken by BP and the United States Government to mask the magnitude of damage in the Gulf after the BP Oil Spill
Corexit and other masking agents, we both suggested, would lead to bigger problems later on . . . ones that might not be evident for 10-15 years
also, in 2011, another "thing happened"
and that "thing" was Fukushima
this was something we both talked about, too, when THAT happened -- as being an even bigger, more dangerous problem
but, in both cases, we were poo'h-poo'h'd as libtard idiots -- I get that with me being "The Rock n Roll Psychic" but John was a Navy SEAL and an expert in Water Management
people started talking about acid rain and other, to me, crazy notions to minimize the fact that dumping tons of nuclear waste into the Pacific Ocean might be kind of a #problem later on
I am not sure what John thinks of this as I am just "responding" to this story "in the moment"
Back in 2007-2008, when John, Ronn Jordan, and I did our radio shows as the "Social Justice League" there was kind of a running joke that I scared the shit out of everyone predicting an upcoming housing crash and an economic downturn . . . which, of course, happened within a year of me starting to talk about it
but John was even scarier !!! with his analytics about what we were doing to the coral reefs and our water supply across the planet
and John was a prophet here, make no mistake
at a minimum -- this ain't good
the potential impact to tourism is gonna be a big ouchie to people whose livelihood depends on people wanting to vacation on the beach
but, even more than that, this is a crisis that is being ignored, because to fix it, we have to pay a big price
and that is a price no one seems willing to pay
pay me now or pay me later
it is obvious we're waiting until the '87 Plymouth breaks down in hopes we can just get another one
