my expectation is this is really (forgive the irony) just warming up
History is not about wars; it's about weather
and weather and other natural occurrences are major problems; yes, we can nuke one another and cause massive destruction
but, to me, the real issue facing us revolves around natural disasters more so than man made ones
we can change how we choose to live -- but these choices are not ones people will likely make
as they are, collectively, hard-wired to think they are BIGGER than the weather, bigger than the environment
