to which, in my most "Human Xanax" way possible, I tried to ensure (#irony) everyone that the Republicans would find YUGE challenges in changing things
as they didn't actually "have a plan" in place that was thorougly vetted and instead of a quick overhaul, we would see lots of huffing and puffing
LOTS of finger pointing and wringing of hands . . . and then the realization that "yeah, this is complicated" and so the changes would "take a while" to be implemented
we may see some major changes in the next year or two but to expect this to be done over night is not "realistic"
and so I stand by my earlier predictions, both public and private, that the repeal of the Affordable Care Act is more than a few days off
