In 2011, I started talking about what I called "the exploding cigar" ending up in Europe
I said there would be economic "issues" and a return to politics in which parties on the FAR RIGHT would be embraced
at the time, no one believed me . . . but, sadly, it seems as if this is starting to happen
my expectation is that it gets worse in the coming months -- far right, ultra-nationalistic "ideas"
will get greater and greater traction in Europe in the months to come
a sad, and potentially scary, situation
in some sense, a throwback to the 1930's
