Dust to Dust

Love is what matters; many of us have faced death in the ones we love maybe a little too often, it seems

and it is never an easy path on which to walk

my belief, strong as it is, in the magic of reincarnation and "eternal life" makes it easier for me now to accept and deal with seeing those we love pass on

but even with that "faith" it is never an easy thing with which to deal

. . . love those you love hard -- never take for granted that life will always go on without a few bumps along the way

but love, and the heart-felt connections we have with those who truly capture our hearts, lasts

beyond death

beyond anything

love and death are mysterious . . . they speak to a part of us that is primeval, unconscious, truly from the soul

I personally have had this experience far too often but knowing what I do know about Death and the pain it brings for those who live on

I also know the joy that comes with loving those you love

and so, my advice is to tell those you love that truly you do . . . and when love stares you in the face know that when it is all said and done the only thing that will truly matter to you are the moments when love shone the brightest

nothing else comes close

my heart breaks for these people, especially this man and his baby . . . don't let love slip away

we live too much in our heads and not nearly enough
