Past Life Research may turn out, ultimately, to be research into "shared consciousness"
The mind is NOT (in my opinion) the source of, nor repository for, consciousness
past lives may turn out to be pods of consciousness -- which, translated, means our past life "connections" may be data sets we "align with" through a shared vibratory "signature"
it may be that we've lived before NOT in a one-to-one linear modality but, rather, our conscious "origin" (translated: soul or "spiritual essence") is accessed by multiple physical "Earthly" incarnations in some mad hatter space/time cosmic wi-fi stew
I "believe" in reincarnation but I do NOT believe in a one after another karmic waltz towards "release"
we vibrate at frequencies that are unique, yet "time shared" with others
