to have any hope of "accurately" forecasting the future (and no one is 98% accurate in doing this) you need two things
first, you have to find the space within yourself to stay as neutral and "blank slate" as possible -- what you want to see happen doesn't matter, if you are going to have any chance to do this with any success you have to be totally observant and not try to "participate"
for myself -- I have "opinions" . . . which I am happy to share :)
but when it comes to predictions I do everything in my "power" to tune all that out and simply look at what's there, no matter how I might "feel about it"
and to "see" it is not nearly as important that you pick up lots and lots of data, either . . . it is far MORE important to understand what pieces of data you need "to throw out"
psychic ability is as much knowing what not to listen to -- often the loudest song blasting over the speakers . . . as anything else
most people try to sell you a story and your job is to look past the sales job
you must somehow find the core elements of "truth" that may be subtle "tells" as to what will come next
everybody gets "impressions" -- filtering out what's noise and what's not is harder than getting the impression in the first place
you have to learn what to ignore -- and that actually is the more complicated skill and certainly the most important
and to do THAT you must remain "calm" and stay in a "neutral space"
