I have said for 30 years that anything you do in which you're focused and your mind relatively clear -- gardening, riding a bike, playing a board game, watching "Sponge Bob", playing with the baby, ironing your shirts . . . anything
THAT is meditation
and the key to meditation is not only about changing your brain, it is also very much about changing who has ACCESS to your brain
we give away the keys to our car too freely and then wonder why it won't start
