This 4 week class (4 two hour sessions), delivered via teleconference, is a workshop / "support group", in which we look at how karmic wounds may impact body "issues" in our current life time.
We will look at ways in which past life "memories" impact our sense of who we are and also how stored memories, at a cellular level, influence our body type as well as our interpretation, and acceptance, of our body "image".
A lot of us have body image "issues". Is it possible these feelings may be rooted in patterns from your "past lives"? This class takes an in depth look at how this might work -- and how you can identify (and begin to change) old "thought forms" that may be negatively impacting your sense of self-satisfaction as it relates to your self-image.
