This 4 week class (4 two hour sessions), delivered via teleconference, is a workshop / "support group" . . . to help identify the root cause(s) of our body issues and the complications, including fluctuations in self-esteem, likely to arise
Limited to 5 people . . . this workshop will include tips on how to "work through" residual tension stored in the etheric body (typically localized in the "2nd Chakra")
