Predictions
Predicted, years in advance, the upcoming “housing crisis” and bank “bailout” – even using the term “bailout” in his published writings. Predicted, on air, a global crisis that would arrive, literally, “the week of September 15, 2008” . . . the exact week “bailout” first became a part of our collective vocabulary.
Predicted, even when the collective wisdom said the War in Iraq would be won quickly, that the war would be long-lasting and a “financial black hole” that would have a serious and long-term negative impact on the U.S. economy.
Predicted, immediately upon first seeing an unknown (to him) politician in the New Hampshire primary (he had a “glow” that suggested he would rise to the top) that this man would be President. His name: William Clinton.
Also, based on this “winner’s glow”, Andrew (a former tennis player) predicted, immediately upon seeing the pictures of two (and only two) young Juniors, that they would one day be “The # 1 Tennis Player in the World”. Their names: Stefan Edberg and Ivan Lendl. This has happened only once since then – a player he saw on television, in a match that he lost, also had this “winner’s glow” . . . Roger Federer.
Predicted the rise of 3 important technological breakthroughs:
On air in May, 2008, he predicted the Dow would drop to “between 6500 and 6900 within 12 months”. The Dow reached a low of 6440 on March 9, 2009. In May, 2008, the Dow stood at over 13,000 . . . (a drop of 55 % in 10 months).
In January, 2013, he said, in a New Year's Forecast, that before the end of the year, unemployment would go down, which it did . . . Gold prices would go down dramatically, which they did . . . the stock market would hit 16,000 -- which few believed possible (it was at 13,400), which it did.
Multiple times (probably around 5 or 6 times) Andrew has made predictions that major earthquakes would hit within 7-10 days -- so he doesn't do this that often . . . and, so far, every time he has made this prediction, a major quake (7.0 or greater) has happened within that period. In the Spring of 2014, Andrew predicted an escalation in quake activity that would be unprecedented in number and severity. The following month set a record in terms of both number and severity of earthquakes throughout the world.
Predicted the dramatic drops in popularity of both President Bush and President Obama.
Predicted, in 1999, the economic rise of China and the economic decline of the United States. He converted his entire stock portfolio to cash in the Fall of 1999, at the height of the dot com boom. He also publicly, and repeatedly, stated that Y2K would be a “non-event”. When asked for investment advice in 2000 his advice was to “bet on China and bet against U.S. currency”.
Predicted in January, 2009, that the U.S. economy would not only not have a quick recovery but that unemployment would soon reach crisis levels. He publicly stated that President-elect Obama would not be able to implement his campaign pledges as promised and that an upcoming crisis in both commercial real estate and the valuation of the U.S. Dollar lay precipitously ahead.
Predicted in the Fall of 2009 that the Winter of 2010 would be “record-setting” for both cold and levels of snow fall in the Midwest and South.
Predicted on television, in 1992, that Jenilee Harrison ("Three’s Company", "Dallas"), his co-host along with Erik Estrada on "Kebrina’s Psychic Answer", would soon be doing live theatre, something she swore would never happen. She was offered (and accepted) a role as a stage actress within 30 days.
Predicted the exact dates of various entertainment contracts and “gigs” (as well as changes in career paths) – both on and off air – for numerous professional entertainers.
Predicted, on air, the exact date he would be offered a job – even though he wasn’t looking. A former executive, twice elected to “Who’s Who in Business”, he was contacted “out of the blue” about a contract position which he ultimately accepted on the exact date he had predicted. Upon retiring from Business and returning to full-time employment as a Psychic, he had publicly stated that there “was one more contract -- somewhere -- still yet to come”.
Predicted the ups and downs of many companies, including one where he was (at the time) an executive. That company was ENRON. More recently, he predicted during the Initial Public Offering of FACEBOOK that it would drop dramatically and quickly.
Predicted, in astonishing detail, the floods of 2010 . . .

Predicted the rise of 3 important technological breakthroughs:
- Plasma TV: “I see TV’s that are like 2 inches thick and you hang them on the wall.”
- Digital Photography / Photoshop: “You take pictures, use a cable to hook them up to a computer, and then you somehow manipulate the photos in the computer.”
- Wireless: “Everything will be wireless.”
